    I ordered the product by this site on May 5th , and haven't got the product yet, when I called customer service a person told me to check with my mail person because they delivery already, and I receive by email the status of my order, but never received my product and is already charge. The person at customer service told me also that he couldn't do anything for me, just to check back in a month.
    This is the first time that happens because in the past I had ordered from you guys and I received my product on time and with no problems, I'll appreciate if you can check my order and find out what happens, I'll wait for the response.
